that’s clear enough. But what is KFC PickUp?
Well, when you ORDER FOR PICKUP not only can you skip the queue, but you also get access to EXCLUSIVE online-only deals and specials.

allows you to pre-order your fave KFC and collect it in-store – in other words, an ORDER FOR PICKUP as you’ll see on our website:
How does KFC PickUp work?
The online KFC PickUp service has 5 basic steps:
1.Visit order.kfc.co.za and place an ‘ORDER FOR PICKUP’
2. Once you have paid online, you will be prompted to CHECK-IN but only when you are almost ready to collect your order as ‘CHECKING-IN’ triggers the restaurant to start prepping your order.
Tip: Confirm your order via the ‘CHECK-IN’ verification 5 minutes before reaching the restaurant to PickUp. You must do this action yourself. The KFC team member cannot trigger this for you on arrival.
3. After your CHECK-IN is completed, the order is received and prepared by the restaurant
4. Look for your name and unique order number on the screen at the COLLECTIONS counter at the restaurant
5. Collect your food hot, fresh and finger lickin’ good!
What if my CHECK-IN fails or I don't see my name on the screen in the restaurant?
Don't worry! We've got your back - if something goes wrong with your check-in, please just ask the Manager on Duty for assistance.
What is the maximum order amount for KFC PickUp orders?
The online order must be equal to or less than the value of R700.00 including VAT.
How to make payment:
Payment must be made online via credit card with your order. No payment will be accepted by the KFC restaurant when you PickUp.
How far in advance can you place a KFC PickUp order and how late can you PickUp?
Online Orders must be placed on the website for same day collection and collected at least 30mins prior to the store closure time. Please note that all online orders are prepared fresh for your collection when you “CHECK-IN” using your mobile phone. Online Orders must be collected at the front counter of the selected KFC Outlet. Please present your invoice or confirmation SMS upon collection.
You can cancel your order any time before the order is “checked in” to the restaurant. Online Orders cannot be cancelled after the customer has “checked into” the restaurant as the restaurant then starts preparing the food.
