Yum! Brands, Inc. and its global subsidiaries and affiliate “Brands” (including, but not limited to, KFC Corporation, Pizza Hut, LLC, Taco Bell Corp., The Habit Restaurants, LLC, Yum Connect and Yum! Restaurant Services Group, LLC, which may include entities that you interact with under other names including Collider Labs, Tictuk, and DragonTail) (collectively, “Yum! Brands,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Yum! Brands Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to our websites, online experiences, and mobile apps for Apple iOS, Windows, or Android mobile devices that link to this Policy (collectively, our "Sites"), and describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, order from, or make an account with our Sites or our restaurants and in-store kiosks, or otherwise engage with us (collectively, our "Service"). Brands, Inc. does not directly own or operate any restaurants, we may, however, throughout this Policy refer to restaurants that are owned or operated by our Brands or our Brands’ franchisees.
